This adorable little guy was looking for something to eat. I threw him a few cashews and he let me take his picture :)
These squirrels are not native to here and are slowly taking over. Our native squirrel is a very dark color. Still, they are super cute! :)

Very cute -- and he doesn't look like winter has done him much harm, does it? Maybe other neighbors are feeding him cashews?
Lol yes he has his winter padding on. Actually I am not sure if this is the one, but we had a squirrel here that I figured must either be forecasting a bad winter or have OCD. All day it would run up the power lines with leaves in its mouth. I am assuming to line its nest. We did get blasted with very cold weather and a lot of snow, so I am inclined to believe these little guys know what they are doing :)
